UTC 分流穩壓器 Shunt Reference Regulator TL431 介紹
TL431具體工作原理就是:當輸入端輸入電壓增大,通過內部基準電壓和運放電路對輸入電壓處理後,
使輸出電路中的三極管通過的電流增大,輸出端的電壓降低,導致接在輸出端的被控電路電流增大,從而實現穩壓。

 TL431在電子電路中應用非常廣泛,常用在比較器電路、精密恆流源、運放電路、可調壓電源等。
尤其在隔離開關電源中應用非常多,常用來與光耦組成隔離式反饋電路,做運放配合線性光耦來完成電壓環的補償,使電源電壓穩定輸出。
TL431的特點參數是:動態阻抗低,典型值為0.2R,輸出噪聲低。
陰極工作電壓範圍寬,可達2.5-36V;陰極工作電流Iak=1-100mA;額定功率為1W。
