DESCRIPSION
This series of fixed-voltage monolithic integrated-circuit voltage regulators is designed for a wide range of applications. These applications include on-card regulation for elimination of noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. In
addition, they can be used with power-pass elements to make high current voltage regulators.
Each of these regulators can deliver up to 100mA of output current. The internal limiting and thermal shutdown features of these regulators make them essentially immune to overload. Current limiting is include to limit the peak output current(250mA ~ 300mA) to a safe value. When used as a replacement for a zener diode-resistor combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained together with lower-bias current.

產品簡介
本系列固定電壓單晶片調節器適用於多種應用場景，包括用於電路板上的局部穩壓，以消除集中穩壓所帶來的雜訊與電源分配問題。此外，也可與功率傳遞元件搭配使用，以構成大電流電壓調節器。
每顆調節器最高可輸出 100mA 電流，內建電流限制與過熱關斷機制，使其在過載條件下仍具備保護能力。內部電流限制機制可將峰值輸出電流控制在 250mA 至 300mA 之間，確保操作安全。
相較於傳統齊納二極體與電阻組合電路，本產品具備更佳的輸出阻抗特性，同時也能降低偏壓電流。
