八位元 D 型正緣觸發正反器（具清除功能）
產品說明
AL273 為八位元正緣觸發 D 型正反器，內建時脈（CP）及主復位（MR̅）輸入端。
當時脈（CP）由低電位轉換至高電位時，在滿足建立時間（Setup Time）及保持時間（Hold Time）要求的條件下，輸出端（Qn）將鎖存對應資料輸入端（Dn）的邏輯狀態。當主復位（MR̅）輸入端施加低電位時，所有輸出端將被強制為低電位，此動作不受時脈及資料輸入狀態影響。所有輸入端均內建箝位二極體（Clamp Diode），可搭配限流電阻使用，以支援高於 VCC 的輸入電壓介接應用。
AL273 提供 SOP20、TSSOP20 及 DIP20 封裝形式。
